2004 Honda Odyssey Repair Question

While driving my rpm/speedometer drops to 0 then my abs, tcs, brake system indicator turns "on" on my dashboard
I turn off the engine and start it again all warning in my dashboard goes off

Restarting the engine would turn warning indicators off but if you continue to drive and if the problem comes back, the indicators would come on again.
Get a scan done to check for trouble codes. most probably you have a fault with the vehicle speed sensor and it could be intermittent now as the sensor is failing and would come on more often as time goes by.
