2004 Honda CRV Repair Question

My car jerks when changing gear on speed

I have a Honda CRV 2004, when I drive and it's about to change gear, it usually jerk and when I park it for a while and try to move it, it does the same thing. Thank you

Get a scan done to check for trouble codes.
When was thr transmission fluid last changed?

Thanks. I will check it, its almost a year now that I had it changed, in my country it is very expensive to carry out a scan on it and all the mechanics I ask don't know what might cause it

If you jump terminal 4 with 9 of the DLC and turn ignition switch on, you can check the MIL and D4 light for flash codes. They might not be that presise but it helps.
