2004 Honda Accord Car Cranking and not Starting

The car has no engine light. It has all new spark plugs. It has new fuses and relays. The gasoline works and the crankshaft position sensor is also working. I have no idea what the problem is.

If you have fuel and spark then it must compression check to see if the timing is in spec

You could check the compression with a compression gauge or remove the front timing cover and see if the marks line up. If you don't have the right tools then I suggest you take it to a shop so they can check it.
