2004 Ford Transit Repair Question

Ford Transit 2004 wont open using the key fob nor will the door open from the inside?
Vehicle locking and unlocking fine until today. climed in back and unbolted partition, but couldnt open it using switch on inside either.

Are you able to open the door lock using the key?

No it wont open with the key either. maybe the electrics are the problem?

If you can't manually unlock with the key, the actuator is most probably stuck. What about passenger door?
