I need to replace the power steering pully and I would like to know if there are any other years of the taurus or another vehicle that has a compatible pully?

Having recently removed my power steering pump, I had to remove the pulley. The removal was easy compared to the replacement. The kit to remove/replace the pulley has a 3/8 inch bolt which does not fit in the pulley shaft. Only two threads of the installation bolt would thread, and they kept stripping. Before I could seat the pulley to the proper depth, I went thru 3 soft bolts, and two "8" tensile bolts. You might have to find a different size bolt, and use a large washer and nut to seat the pulley.

Good luck.
