Ford Ranger Engine Problem

First of all I had the engine changed out, with a 2007 engine. My problem is I have no heat until I hit about 65mph. The slower I go the colder the air gets! Than other times around 40 it may get hot air, I believe the heater core is being blocked, will reverse flushing fix the problem?

it could, try cleaning with a garden hose and work it back and forth. otherwise it has to be replaced.
