When try to start it just wines. As if the starter not working propeley

I need to know if the engine is turning over (belts spinning?) Or if the starter isn't engaging and just spinning freely.

The engine is not turning over, and it dont sound like the starter is engaging, just spinning.

It sounds like the solenoid is bad on the starter and not engaging. The starter most likely needs replaced.
