What code is stored in the computer and what engine do you have? As far as the condition, most likely you will get a misfire or too much fuel to the engine. It could have negative results.

That is the entire definition for the code. My concern is the amount of fuel that the engine is getting. Do you understand what the runner does?

Basically, it helps with higher RPM's. If it is stuck open, as yours is, most likely it will cause a lean condition which can cause other issues.
