2004 Ford Explorer Car trouble

My truck is running hot I changed thermostat n thermostat housing I also have coolant in. When I'm in park it's fine but when I drive the hand shots up. Also I can hear a noise in da inside passenger side under the dash! Help me please

Check to make system Is full then pressure check rad cap it may have an airlock in it or the head gasket may be blown

It cold be anywhere from heater to something inone of the pipes. Put front end up higher then loosen cap but you may have ahead gasket problem.

It's full of coolant but when I'm driving and hand go up I pull over n touch hose that hooked to thermostat housing and it hard to press against but when I take top off coolant tank d pressure leave da hose n temperature hand goes down

Have it pressure checked by a pro sounds like ahead gasket
