2004 Ford E-Series Van Repair Question

Ford E-Series Van Dashboard Problem
While driving with ac onfront and back as i accelrate ac vents shut down go to dashboard rear heat goes on on floor when i let off gas ac returns to normal any help to fix matter is appreciated john

there is a vacuum check valve under the hood that is supposed to keep that from happening. have it checked to verify it is working
