04 dodge neon 'when car is warned up tranny wont shift into 3rd gear.Engine light indicates a shift module problem.Cold engine and it shifts fine.Should i buy a new module or is it a simple fluid change?

If it is saying the shift module is bad, chances are that is the problem. Usually, they are worse cold, but it can go either way.
