2004 Dodge Durango Repair Question

Atared car ran for 2 seconds and shut off 3 times. turn key and now nothing. windows and horn dont work either?
Battery is good I have all the lights and chimes and radio. Power locks work too.

start checkin fuses. consult your manual.
