2004 Chrysler Sebring Radio Fuse keeps blowing

The 20 amp #8 fuse keeps blowing. It is for the radio and wiper blades. What could be the problem. The battery is 2 years old and had it tested and it is still good.

Has anything been added recently to that circuit? Fuse 8 goes to the radio amplifier so it could be a bunch of things if car has been flooded may be one problem short in wire etc.
