Noise when turning

Chrysler sebring makes noise when turning, sounds like its rubber rubbing or something.

Have the driveaxles checked out -could be CV joints or boots-start here

We're going to try a lub on the seal under the steering wheel. It doesn't make noise when you put it up in the air to look for the noise.
