2004 Chrysler Sebring Repair Question

Car will not start, not even a click, battery fully charged
2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertable, will not start, radio and top also not working. Windows and everything else works. Battery is fully charged and i checked the fuses. When I turn the key te engine does nothing, not even a click. PLEASE HELP.

need to check and see if there is power to the little wire on the starter motor when the key is in the start position. you will need 2 people and a test light.
