Hello Big B

Lets start with the basics, does the engine have fuel pressure and spark, here is a guide that will help.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

But I need to say there is an auto shut down relay that goes bad in these cars.

Here is a guide to help you test the relay

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

Here is the relay location (below)

Best, Ken

My car will not start, but everything works. Starter is good, put an extra ground on battery. I just do not know. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Try a security system reset see link. then if that does not work have amechanic scan for codes as it may be the TPIM module not allowing it to. also, check the ASD relay by switching with another known good relay.

I changed the crankshaft sensor and it started, but kept shutting back off and after a few times it would not start at all.

Was the crankshaft position sensor damaged visually? Also have you checked for spark after it would not start again?

Try resetting security system if no manual look online. Then have the battery checked for condition including load test, most places do for free

The computer said it was the cam shaft sensor, would that do it, because it started up again and then shut off

What is the exact code numbers not code descriptions? That tells the computer what position the camshaft is in.

I'm thinking that it might be the computer, this is what it's doing, and you can give me your opinion on it, when I erased all of the codes it runs fine until the check engine light comes back on then it quits, erase the codes, runs fine again, I've changed the cam shaft sensor, the crank shaft sensor, no differents, do you think it's the computer?

Hello, I have read other posts of this problem. I had both fuel pumps replaced and a new battery. My son is trying to connect a new ground wire from the battery to the transmission. But he cannot get the bolt/screw off the transmission to connect the wire. What tool does he need to get the bolt off?
