2004 Chrysler Concorde Repair Question

Rough engine vibration at highway speeds
I have a 2004 Concorde Limited with 90000 miles; besides the check engine light being on, the ABS and Trac Off lights are on as well; the codes retrieved from autozone shows faulty cam and crank positioning sensors being faulty, of which I've replaced both; at speeds past 60-65 mph, the engine vibrates violently until I take my foot off the gas; I had this problem before on the same model car I had before, and the cam shaft sensor was replaced and if ran fine...both have the 3.5 litre high-output; also had the problem on a 1999 dodge intrepid; I recall the dealer replacing a speed control sensor; with the ABS and Traction Control Off light and the check engine light on point to a possible wheel speed control sensor being faulty? Also, my cruise control doesn't work.....any help is greatly appreciate....it's a great car, but I know someone has to have had similar problems....

abs is a separate issue with a possible wheel speed sensor. we need the code.
as far as the motor, a code never identifies a bad part, just a failed system. the cam/crank crrelation is generally due from timing between the cam and crank. have it checked to verify.
