2004 Chevrolet Venture Repair Question

Taillights
I have a 2004 chevy venture and the tailnights are not working.I replaced bulbs and checked fuses and still can't get them to work.Is there anything else i can check?

Check for voltage and ground at the rear tail lamp wiring, use a test lite. The brown wire is voltage for tail lamps, black wire is ground.
