ABS Brake grabbing
My 2004 Tahoe the break pedal seem to be grabbing vs depressing the pedal smoothly

If the pedal is simply pulsing up and down, that could be due to warped front brake rotors which is common on any vehicle.
If the anti-lock function is kicking in, you need a scanner to view live data to see what the computer is responding to if the system is activating when it shouldn't.
