I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 that sometime just turns over but will not fire it dose this with no warning and most time after I keep Turing it over it will start to fire and run. But this time it try to fire but still won't run. I pulled the plugs and on the right side was wet and I dried them out and it made no different getting gas but will not fire when it is cranking over sometime as I let go of the key it will fire once but that's about it.

Hello,

It sound like you might have an issue with the crank position sensor.
A faulty crank sensor can sometimes make the vehicle crank but not start.
As the fuel pump will spray fuel but there would be no spark.
That's why you probably got all the unburnt fuel on the plug.

I have attached the diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
