What needs to be repaired/replaced?

I have a lifted 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. When I turn to the right, going forward and in reverse, it clicks. This happens at low and high speeds. This also makes the wheels chirp when making low speed sharp turns. When I rotate my tires the clicking stops for a little bit, but returns.

ok if you lifted the truck using stock suspension then thefront end geometry is all screwed up and will do this. you'll need to getone of the kits that are made to do this correctly. look up trucks tv on the web and trucks university.
