2004 Chevrolet Avalanche Repair Question

Chevrolet Avalanche Fuse Problem
Suddently truck will not shift gears automaticlly. Can manually shift through all gears but auto will not work. No prior problems or issues. Any checks I can perform prior to taking to shop.

Check fluid levels, check plugs are plugged in, check fuses mainly drive train control module fuse. Good luck
