I noticed a small oil leak in the front center of my truck,

What do you think the cause could be?

Thanks for your support.

Could be the crankshaft front oil seal or the oil pan

What I've seen with these engine is usually the engine oil pan gasket is leaking. There is also some other components that have a history of leaking.
The transmission oil cooler pipes leak at the rubber to metal connections up by the drive belt on passenger side.
The engine oil cooler hoses (if equipped) on the driver side by the drive belt or back by the engine oil filter.
The right front axle seal typically leak on these differentials.
A loose engine oil drain plug or engine oil filter could also cause this.

Thanks for your quick reply. Your answer gave me some idea what the problem would be prior going into the repair shop blind sided. You were right, it was the oil cooler lines (rubber to connector). Replaced it and now I am good to go.

Thanks again,

Bob
