Can you go into a little more detail about the problem? You only have 12,000 miles on the vehicle??? Replace spark plugs at 100,000 miles or sooner if they are worn. Also, check spark plug wires.
Are there any applicable trouble codes? How long since over-all tune-up? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.
