P0410 - Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction

Diagnostic fault codes never say to replace parts or that they're defective. In this case the code has nothing to do with the oxygen sensors. Since you didn't list the engine size the best I can suggest is to look on the catalytic converters for a small metal pipe that runs up to the top or side of the engine and bolts to a valve assembly. Most diagnostic charts end up pointing to replacing that valve but you may be able to remove and disassemble it and clean the carbon out.
