2004 BMW 645 Repair Question

My smokes after ticking over for say 10 minutes of being stuck in rush hour traffic.
Oil usage has also increased over the last year. The Rocker Cover Breathers have been replaced

Where is the smoke coming from?

The smoke is oil being burnt in the cylinders or getting to the exhaust system and the oil consumption is to be expected.
To rectify the problem, least you need to do is to replace the valve seals.
