Blown Engine?
I bought a 2004 Acura TL about 6 months ago and right after I bought the car it started running rough and then about a month ago it started making a knocking noise in the engine when the engine was cold and then today I was driving on the interstate and a loud bang and then rattling noise came from the engine and it stopped accelerating and was smoking. When I pulled over there was oil pouring out of the bottom of the engine. What could this be?

I would say that the engine has suffered a major failure of a piston, con rod or of the crankshaft, i feel that the engine is destroyed.
