2003 Volkswagen Passat 45,000 miles in 2 months

This is a S40 sedan 4door, 1.9T L4 PFI DOHC 16V. I might buy this car. The car fax report says on 3-17-15 there were115,247 miles on it. Craigslist ad says it is now 160,000.
