I have a 2003 VW Jetta. It seems when the weather is wet or approximately 34F the transmission won't shift from 2 to 3rd or 4th gears. My scan tool has given me codes: PO420, PO722, PO730. Any ideas? Thank you!

Although the last 2 codes are Transmission specific. The transmission itself needs to be scanned for codes and sensor data monitored.

Relying on OBD2 codes that are stored in the ECM, may not show the whole picture.
