2003 Vauxhall Meriva Rear wash wipe, leaking.

When I activate the rear wash wipe, a jet of water sprays from the front o/s wheel arch and nothing comes out of the jet on the rear screen, I assume it is a pipe that has come off, my problem is, how do I gain access to the pipe, I have removed the plastic inner arch, I can see the water coming out of the access hole, but feeling around inside I cant find anything !
