Odo
What basically ODO option is. ODO button for enabling is attached with gear. tell me should i do it ON or OFF.

That should be OD option and not ODO. With OD OFF indicator light showing the OD is off and you only have 3 speeds instead of 4.
OD OFF option should not be used, unless you don't want to use the OD gear. Under normal driviing conditions, the OD OFF light should not be showing.
