I have a 2003 Rav4. I just had the transmission rebuilt, the ECM replaced and a standard tune up done. This was at the 130k mile marker. Ever since the work has been done(3k miles after service), the car lunges after a cold start. Only does it ONE TIME and then its good for the day. Why could this be happening? Could it be something with the fuel filter or a pressure leak?.
