Toyota Corolla Struts Problem

Installed new struts front and rear with new mounts both top and bottom also with new bellows. The car rides ok just like before but it didn't help when going over small raises in the road. When you go over them the car just bottoms out. If you have false teeth they will fall out. Whats the problem? Thank you
