Toyota Celica Seat belt Problem
I was in a major front end collision where airbags deployed, and I just got my car back from the body shop who did a horrible job.
To save money, I did not have the airbags replaced.
Now my seat belts are locked in a fixed position and I can't retract or extend the belt.
Are the seat belts and airbags interconnected to where I can't fix the seat belts unless I fix my airbag?
Does anyone know how I can fix this...I can't drive around like I'm strapped in a gurney with zero movement.

You will have to do the seat belts and air bags as a unit, sounds as if they have set belt pretensioners.
