2003 Smart Car Repair Question

Smart Car Sensor Problem
Hi!
I bought a 2003 registered Smart Car Pure 61 in October 2012. Since then, it has had the following work:
* New engine valve
* New map sensor
* New thermostat
* New ABS Sensors
Since the car had its new valve, it randomly cuts out when I brake. It is pretty intermittent and does not seem to follow any pattern. The only thing whoch I can say is that it seems to fail when it is under, "Full load." When I say this, I mean with lights and heater on full blast. There is no warning when the car cuts off and starts again within a minute.
It has been on FOUR diagnostic mchines, including at the Mercedes offical dealers. They cannot find a problem!
Any ideas!!??

check fuel pressure and clean throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides.
