2003 Saturn Vue noises while driving

Okay, so I drove my car for first time in like 4 or 5 days, and after about 5-10 minutes I noticed this noise coming from my car. It's an odd noise and the only way I can describe it is like popping a plastic bottle, or if you like lean on your car hard enough it'll pop. It had that sound a little bit. The longer I drove the more it made the noise. What's wrong with it and is it safe to drive it anywhere?

What area is it coming from?When do you hear it hitting bumps etc?

*UPDATE* A bar near the front right tire just fell off. Happened during a sharp turn and slowing testing my car out in the parking lot. Any ideas what this bar is? I can still drive it and it doesn't affect the steering at all.

Does it go from the strut to the sway bar?If so its called the sway bar link.

Went to auto zone and did a little research and I believe the actual sway bar itself snapped
