Saturn Vue Engine Problem

My car will shake and then I can stop for a few minutes and then it will be ok. This does it about once a week. Other times it is fine

Is that your correct mileage 11,600?Also do have a V6 or 4 cylinder engine?I need more details about whats shaking etc.
