why wont my engine crank over at all?

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank over at all/nothing when key is turn to cranking position??

I have been trying to help this guy rastamaz we had a conversation going and all of a sudden he finds it more productive to just keep starting a new question over and over again.
