2003 Saturn L200 Repair Question

Saturn L200 Battery Problem
Left lights on killed battery.tried to jump start it. It would start not enough power from battery.replaced with new battery.nothing is there a relay or fuse that blocks power to the car.

there is are tow fuses in underhood fuse box for starting and ignition that may be blown or the fusible link to genterator tha runsoff of starter solenoid. it cold also be a bad ignition siwtch or starter relay causing the problem. Also try resetting your anti theft as losing power may have made itlock
