I have a 2003 Saturn L200, manual trans, 2.2 DOHC, sedan. Sticker under hood says EPA & Calf. Emission approved. I live in VA. Question - will a converter not approved for Calf. Fit? I need to replace pipe, flex, and converter.

First of all thank you so much for donation. To help out with this question yes a 49 state non calf emission's cat should bolt right up. Your not in calf so I would go with the 49 state one it will be legal in your state and way cheaper then the calf one.
