My driver's side wiper goes too far and then doesn't come back

Pop the cover up on the pivot, loosen the nut, adjust the position of the wiper arm, tighten the nut, and pop the cover back down. The arm may already be loose. If it is, just tug the arm to where it should be, then tighten that nut.
