The car is hesitating to start and clock resets after shut off. We replaced the battery, installed a brand new starter, cleaned all the cables and connections, checked all fluids. Everything checks out fine. The alternatorchecked out fine as well.
We can't afford to take it in as we are very short on funds and only have the one car.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first with a gauge. Auto parts scan for free and they rent gauge. Spray choke cleaner on both sides of throttle plate to clean it as well as iac hole.
