2003 Pontiac Vibe Repair Question

Pontiac Vibe Noise Problem
My car seemed to lose power in 1st and 2nd gear but regained it in 3rd.Just moments lateer made a knocking noise about 2 or 3 times and quit. Now it will turn over but not start dont seem to be getting fuel nor spark.PLEASE HELP!!!
