Pontiac running hot what I do, already changed thermostat?I changed the oil also for it had a little water in the oil, because the motor were running hot, I put some engine flushing&sealing, liquid glass, no more water in the oil. But still running hot. What can I do to fix this

You had water in the oil? There is no such think as "mechanic in a can". You have serious internal damage.

Get it block and pressure tested to find out more and then get back and we'll follow
