Hi, my peugeot 206 hdi 1.4 d wont start. when i turn on the ignition the lights on the dash keep flickering and a ticking noise comes from under the bonnet behind the break fluid holder. when i turn the key all the way all lights go off and it clicks! sometimes the indicators, lights, wipers and radio come on by themselves. The night before it happened a warning said the remote control battery was low if that makes any difference.
