Can you help?
I have 03 maxima gle , when I pull int o forward parking spot wheel turned all the way to.the left and hit my break car makes noise like grinding wh eel against body . Also when driving if turn wheel sligh tly to left makes a banging sort of grinding also"

sounds like a failing cv joint in the axle. get a shop to confirm it for you and give you a bid.

Check the brake backing plate, it could be too close to the rotor causing the grinding noise. Have the brake pads inspected as well.
The banging noise could be something alse and if it sounds like something crocking, then Roy is correct, you have a bad CV joint.
