2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Repair Question

Mitsubishi Lancer Coolant Problem
My 2003 Lancer overheated and i pulled off the road so that it could cool down. When i tried to start it again, it doesnt want to turn over. i checked the oil and refilled the radiator and still nothing. Any ideas?

See if there is coolant in the spark plug holes if there isnt then see if you can turn the engjne oer by hand?

Iam sorry i forgot to ask when you say it wont turn over do you just mean it just wont start or the starter wont turn the engine over?
