2003 Mitsubishi Galant Repair Question

My fuel pump tested good still no fuel
I have had the crenk shaft sensor and timimng belt replaced the fuel pump tested good and both relay's are brand new and car still will not start. what am i missing?

Will it start with starting fluid?

yes i had a mechanic here and started it by shooting fluid in the engine.
