I recently had a belt break in half on my 03 Mitsubishi eclipse, I replaced it and now I have a screeching sound when my car starts up. What could be the cause of it? If its one of my pumps, how do I deteremine which one?

Belts don't just break. You have a component seized up and will not turn. It will be obvious if you look at all the pulleys while someone else starts it but you should just remove the belt and see which pulley won't turn. I'm expecting you to find a locked up A/C compressor. It's not drivable the way it is.
