2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Car Want Start

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse, that fails to start. I check everything I think I should, but still want run. It's getting fire, fuel pump works, ''but want turn on when in the tank'', all relays are good, new timing belt. My Code Scanner, works on My other car just find, but want work on the 03' Mitsubishi Eclipse. What could be My problem. Was told to check the Crank Sensor again because it controls the ignition timing and the fuel, is this true? Also checked it with My Mutimeter, it test fine. Can't seem to find the problem, because Code Scanner want read. Help Me Please, It's too nice to end up in a savage yard.
